Donna Oliver is a Medical Qigong Therapist, began training in Qigong in 1993 and has taught at the Studio since 2005. She began studies in the Chinese Internal Arts and Meditation in 1988 with Shifu Andy James. She now co-runs his Tai Chi and Meditation Centre in Toronto and teaches for TCM schools, community centres and retirement homes as well.
Yoga and Qigong share many principles in practice, working with the posture, mind and breath to centre, balance and bring awareness to the place where you are.
