In this workshop, we will practise breath awareness and several traditional pranayama exercises in personal, non-traditional ways, accessing them with curiosity, enjoyment and kindness. Then we’ll assess, deconstruct and discuss how and when to introduce pranayama to beginners (and ourselves) easily and effectively.
