A Yoga Teacher’s Workshop with Monica Voss and Tama Soble

5:30 – 7:30pm, all sessions on Zoom
Spend three evenings exploring all aspects of the spine – its anatomy, its connection to the breath, its energy, movement and texture, and the imagery that has traditionally supported it. To tease out our previous knowledge of the spine and assimilate new ideas, we’ll use lecture, asana practice, discussion, breathing practice, relaxation techniques and meditation. Homework will be assigned in preparation for each session.
Monica Voss and Tama Soble co-own and teach at Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto, Canada and conduct workshops, retreats and teacher training internationally.
