Lauren Anastasi has been teaching yoga and meditation for almost 20 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from York University and has a keen interest in the relationship between mind and body.
Through her yoga teaching and practice with Esther Myers Yoga Studio, she was introduced to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and was fortunate to have studied with him and his monastics on retreat in 2013 at Brock University. She leads Mindfulness Walks utilizing the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and incorporates years of experience leading groups in movement and facilitating meditation.
