Experience sitting and walking meditation with Zen Teacher Edward Brown. With inherent good-heartedness, let's practise cultivating ease, energy, mindfulness, and curiosity, meeting whatever arises.

TEACHERS' SEMINAR    
"So to you, Friend, I confide my secret: to be a discoverer you hold close whatever you find, and after a while you decide what it is. Then, secure in where you have been, you turn to the open sea and let go." William Stafford.

We will study and practise some of the basics of meditation: posture, mindfulness, way-seeking mind, concentration and wisdom.
Also included will be instruction on the five skandhas and letting go of your script.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket, and a sweater for relaxation. Wear warm, comfortable clothing for walking meditation and qigong practice outside.

YOGA FOR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING WEEKEND with Georgiana Beal, Dr. Valeria Blumenkranz, Tama Soble and Monica Voss
Spend a weekend exploring how yoga practice can support and assist individuals coping with physical and psychological challenges. Deepen your understanding of these conditions and learn how to adapt your teaching to reflect the needs of your students.
Yoga for Health and Well-being is intended for certified and non-certified yoga and meditation teachers, teachers-in-training, health professionals, therapists, social workers and interested students of yoga. CEU's awarded through Yoga Alliance.

A YOGA AND ANATOMY WEEKEND with Peter Blackaby
This weekend will explore two main themes, the first being what constitutes 'safe practice', the second being the more elusive connection between mind, body and breath. We will approach the subjects in various ways, with lectures, practical work and group discussions. Anyone interested in deepening their understanding of yoga in the modern context is welcome.
